Meet With Us and Get a Proposal:
Meet: First step is to sit down with us and go over what it is you want in your new home. What are your preferences, likes and dislikes. What size, style and finishing you want. We also help with themes so that you can get the exact house you want!
Proposal: We then go over cost, timing and our vision for your home based on our initial meeting. We present this as a proposal and get as much feedback as possible. Our goal is to help you accomplish your ultimate goal of having the house of your dreams.
Lot Selection and Draft Plans:
Lot Selection: Before we start drawing out your plan, first, we must select an available lot that best suits your needs. The size, shape and grade are key components of what makes a great lot. The ability to pre-plan the things you desire outside your home can determine what lot works best for you.
Draft Plans: Once you decide on a lot, we then draft out plans based on your description, likes and dislikes from our initial meeting. A rough plan is then presented and, pending architectural controls, is signed off by you before we start building.
Interior Selections and Construction:
Interior: Here comes the fun part! You get to choose your selections for the home. From kitchen cabinets to light fixtures to paint selections, you get to choose from a variety of options to help make the home the way you envision it.
Construction: After you have made your selections, we start constructing your home from the ground up. At specific points during the build process, we ask you to sign off on a number of things , such as plumbing , electrical and placement.
Possession and Follow-Up
Possession: Get ready for your new home. Once the house is completely finished, we handover the keys to your brand new home. But first, there are a number of things we need to go over. You are required to go through the entire home and point out any discrepancies or quality issues, which we take care of in a timely matter. We provide a checklist and give other valuable information so that you feel thoroughly informed and prepared to move in.
Lot Selection and Draft Plans:
Follow-up: We follow-up with you at 3 different points within the first year -- 1 month, 6 months and 12 months after possession. At these meetings, we ensure that all your requirements are met, every issues is dealt with and go through the checklist to see if anything has been missed. We also listen to any feedback you may have and report this back to our administrators.
